Buffy, yes, or Willow, they're both more closely aligned with the male, the Father Principle; to me Tara is very much Demeter, the Mother, the Female Principle. The Empress in the Tarot.

Date: 2015-09-22 04:41 pm (UTC)and thinking of tarot is very interesting because I've been reading a lot about it lately (and trying to remember how to read the cards in general) and did you know the King of Swords is sometimes thought of as a woman in disguise, as a symbol of Joan of Arc? so many decks have female allusions in the background of that card.
aaaaand now I'm thinking of Buffy as the King Of Swords.
